Crystal clear, deep ruby ale with a small, creamy, off-white head and good lacing. Dark cherries, heavy malt and very light smoke in the aroma. Well-balanced flavor, but a bit thin. Malty with light, beechwood smoke. Also, some sourgham molasses. Very well-bittered... maybe too much so for the style. Medium-bodied with a creamy mouthfeel and medium carbonation. Lengthy, bitter finish.

Copper appearance with a medium head. Malty aroma that was a little smokey. Smooth, fruity taste with a full-bodied mouthfeel and some residual sweetness. Minimally hopped. Malty finish.

Clear red-brown body with a beige head. Aroma is rich, sweet caramel. Taste is rich sweet, malty, caramel, cherry. FInish is mildly smoke. Full body, sticky.
