Ultra dark mahogany, thin wispy off white head. A nice full nose of roasted columbia sumpremo coffee, buttery caramel, and dark chocolate covered cherry. Flavor progresses towards a tangy chocolate cheesecake topped with toffee pieces. Yes I said cheesecake. Get over it. Lighter side of medium bodied, soft creamy carbonation, tangy, semi-dry finish. A very good take on the style and only lacking in the higher ABV typical of the Baltic Porter.
