37steel (158), Bowling Green, Ohio, USA Nov 3, 2007 On draft at the brewpub. Hazy orange with a thick white head. The nose is almost overpowering with peaches. The flavor is a nicely balanced lambic-type with strong peach flavor, a tart acidity, and you can taste the pit. Very nice. scraff (1602), Baltimore, Maryland, USA Sep 27, 2007 Not barrel aged, but no matter to me. Dark hazy orange, thick creamy off white head. Nose just bursts forward with juicy peach pie-like tones (warm sugary crust and all). Fruity peach is obvious up front, but sweetness is subdued by a tangy acidic twang. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, fruity finish. Not a huge fruit beer fan, but think this turned out quite well. Wish they would experiment like this more often...
