Jun 2, 2006 Deep hazy bronze, thin creamy off white head. Creamy caramel and butterscotch nose that became lightly bready upon further warming. Soft tangy hops and caramel rule the flavor throughout. Light to medium bodied, soft carbonation, malty finish. Not their best Bock, but it was certainly drinkable…

May 28, 2006 Draft... Murky, amber-orange lager with a small, creamy, manila head. Malty, citrusy nose with toffee and lemon. Good balance of malt and hops. Lightly sour... pleasantly so. Medium-bodied with lively carbonation. Short, tangy finish. Not really brewed to style or maybe a little infected... verified by the brewer who was present. Take good care of your lagers folks!

May 22, 2006 on tap-pours a creamy white head with cloudy copper color. Aroma is sweet malt. Taste is sweet malt, slight hops. Medium body. OK carbonation.
