clear amber, creamy off white head, nice lace, soured carmel malt aroma, nice tart green apple flavor, a bad bock but a decent sour apple lambic

Aurelius (2443), Tallahassee, Florida, USA Jul 25, 2007 Sweetish, cidery, a bit boozy. Lightly foggy, light bronze. Medium mouth, oily mouthfeel. Vanilla notes, Sour and somewhat homebrewy. Some smokiness in the aroma. Ungstrup (10824), Frederiksberg, Denmark Feb 11, 2007 Draft at the brewpub, July 2006. A slightly hazy orange beer with a thin orange head. The aroma has notes of butter and fruit. The flavor is acidic and sweet, with notes of caramel and butter, and the acidity burns slightly in the throat. The butter seems like a brewing flaw. aracauna (2219), Georgia, USA Jul 20, 2006 Poured into a glass unlike the other beers (this one wasn’t part of the $1 special). Copper with a slight haze. Good head. Smell off. A bit of lambic-like funk. Sour again. Cherry. If it had any depth of flavor, it might hav e made a good flemish sour.
