jcwattsrugger (3757), Florida and, New Jersey, USA Jul 25, 2007 on tap-pours a foamy/petrie dish light tan head that laces and slightly hazy amber color. Aroma is mild citrus hops. Taste is citrus hops/flat (English)-bitter, balanced/secondary medium malt-caramel. scraff (1612), Baltimore, Maryland, USA May 5, 2006 New batch on draft at Frisco Grille - Super hazy amber, thin creamy light tan head. Very British-like IPA nose of butterscotch, candied citrus, soft pine, hints of fuzzy fruits, and caramel biscuit. Good up front bitterness that blends well with the soft sweet toffee-like malt. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, bitter finish. The new brewer is doing some good things here...
