COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our Catt County Cuvee is aged on American Oak for 3 months. Then we took this batch and aged it on Belgian Yeast in French Oak Cabernet Barrels for 1 and a half additional years.

Draft at the brewpub after a nice long hike. Pours golden amber with a thin white head. Fruity sweet and vinous aroma, with some spicy yeast and a hint of funk. The flavor has sweet fruity notes with some nice funk and tartness. The barrel treatment is evident, with nice dark fruity vinous notes showing through. Good stuff.
