Bottle 650 ml
Appearance: deep golden look with hint of amber , medium light top. 3-
Nose: Mild , meadow like hops with malty base , hint of sour plums.
Flavor/Palate : Medium full bodied. Slight warmth on side , somewhat acidic that should not be present in strong lagers. Malty finish, poor infected batch ? Where is the softness of Munich lagers ? Poor , inconsistent brew.

bottle, probably too old, copper pour, caramel malts, citrus juice. taste is very tart, citrus juice. overerly tart. Not good, but it has been in the fridge for awhile

Bottle (650ml) shared with HogTownHarry, garthicus, GregClow, tupalev & jerc -- courtesy of HogTownHarry. Pours a hazy golden-orange with an average size frothy white head. Nice, sweet aroma along with some ginger, lemon and spices. Flavour of slightly tart fruit, ginger and lemon again and pale malt. Average bodied. Seems quite underrated and apparently I liked this more then the rest of my fellow raters on this night, oh well, I liked it.

Bottle (22oz). Shared with blankboy, garthicus, gregclow, jerc and tupalev. Clear amber pour with a small diminishing off-white head. Boozy, sweet, slghtly vegetal aroma, fruity and grassy, but somehow a little forced and fake. The taste - what the hell! - sour lemon, grassy bitterness, alcohol - this tastes "off" yet the bottle has been well-kept and isn’t that old - ugh. Decent body, and solid carbonation, but it’s mostly just sour, sour, sour - and not in any good way. Blech.

Thanks to HogTownHarry. Appearance: Orange with a cloudy body and a small white head. Aroma: Sour, lemon, salt & pepper, acidic. Flavour: Wonderfully sour, yeast, ginger. I enjoyed it.

2009-03-20. Golden yellow body with a smallish white head that fades. Odd spicey character to the aroma, lemon touches, ginger? Strong lemon acidity in the flavour makes it hard to get better acquainted with the underlying pale malt base. Average to thin palate. Bottle shared by Blankboy or HogTownHarry

I think this is the right beer. Bottle shared with Hogtown Harry, Blankboy, GregClow, Jerc, and Garthicus, at Blankboy’s, courtesy of either Harry or Paul (I forgot to write down who brought what - thanks for sharing guys!). Ginger aroma, mild grainy. Dark yellow, small white head. Ginger, grain taste - simple, refreshing without being really flavourful. Ok.

22 oz. bomber. Pours gold with an off white head. Light malty sweet aroma with a touch of hops. The flavor is a bit sweet and malty, and has some nice hoppy notes, but seems a bit off. Not bad.
