brewery- a lot of different grains working in this one- enjoyed it, but a bit too malty for my liking, and did not get the kent golding hops, nor the spicey winter flavors.

Not bad, was expecting more spices as well with this winter ale. Amber pour with white head.

Advertised as a belgian ale, but really had none of the fruity flavor you would expect. I suppose I was looking for a little spice or cinnamon as well, given that this is a winter ale, but it is really drowned out by a sharp hops presence. This wasn’t bad, but I was a little disappointed.

On tap @ Coles Buffalo NY. Dark amber in color with Citrus, nutmeg & holiday spice. Medium body with good flavor & mild hop presence. Great session beer. well done
