Pours almost clear golden amber. Very little white head. Minimal aroma. Initial taste is a bit medicinal but that mellows out.

Clear amber colour with nice foamy head. Sweet malts and citrusy hop bitter. Nice aftertaste.

A sipper, and yes a hop bomb. No aroma. Not super drinkable.ken’s growler.Reddish tinge.OK as a pale.

gold pour, about a finger of white head. Good carbonation, medium body, resiny. Aroma is ostly lighter citrus fruit. Lemon peel andgrapefruit up front, dry pine needles, bitter. A bit one-dimensional but a pretty good offering for those who like their IPA’s bitter.

Draft at the Brew Pub. It’s called Hop Bomb and it’s not a IPA? The 8.8% ABV helped us to lose touch with reality. Good hop aroma, flavor.

Clear golden colour with tiny white head.
Quite mild fruity hoppy aroma with caramel malts.
Dark and fruity hops and resin bitterness in flavour. it’s like Black IPA. Balanced.

draft at Coles, Buffalo NY. Medium, somewhat shimmering copper pour. Pretty substantial piney hop aroma, big flavor with light chemical taste in finish. A tad boozy but overall a real nice hopped up offering from EBC

tap at coles. Copper body, white head. Nose is a bit catty with caramel, spicy & piney with moderate alcohol. Flavor is pine, a huge caramel last hit (think dfh 90 min) that odd fruity strawberry bubblegum flavor I sometimes get from Simcoe. There is a very nice but not overwhelming bitterness that lingers with nice semi-ripe tropical fruit. Good stuff!

On draft at E-ville. Floral-hop aroma. Yellow amber body with thin head. Simcoe flavor with sweet floral finish.
