Slightly hazy orange with a beige head. Lots of fresh, juicy hops in the aroma, along with a strong spiciness and mild caramel sweetness. Flavor of lemon, pine, and a dry spiciness in the finish. Big hops flavor, but only a mild bitterness. Surprisingly drinkable, I did not detect the 9% ABV at all.

Bottle shared with HogTownHarry, garthicus, blankboy & tupalev - blankboy’s bottle. Clear reddish-gold with a wispy head. Great aroma of juicy hops and spicy malt with a slightly grainy character. Flavour follows: earthy spice, fruity malt, good dose of hops. Nothing mindblowing, but well-made, solid, and very drinkable for a 9% brew.

Bomber had by myself, found at Premier Gourmet. Pours golden with foaing and dissitating white head, that leaves waves of white lace. Aroma of Centennial and Amarillo, with rye and malt behind it is very nice. Mouth is easy drinking, soft, however a sourness (a problem with this brewery I have experienced before) comes on quickly and lingers. Taste of a pale, understated hops and malts. Good carbonation.

Bottle (750ml) Shared by blankboy with me, garthicus, GregClow and tupalev. Clear light amber with an average white head. Lovely citrus hop an cereal grain aroma - smells simple and crisp, not super hoppy. The taste seems fresh and juicy, "red" cereal tartness, a gently hoppy finish, only moderate alcohol presence - 9%? really? Somewhat light-bodied, only mildly carbonated (slightly disappointing in that respect), finishes fairly quickly, seemed to leave a slightly sticky aftertaste. quite nice, and probably the best I’ve had from EBC.

My bottle (22oz) shared with HogTownHarry, garthicus, GregClow & tupalev. Pours a clear orange-amber with a small diminishing white head. Aroma of caramel malt, light hops and a bit of rye. Flavour’s malty along with a good amount of hops and some light rye. Average to medium bodied. Pretty good stuff, especially for these guys.

Bottle shared with Hogtown Harry, Blankboy, GregClow, and Garthicus, courtesy of Blankboy. Dark orange, no head. Some hops, malt, alcohol in mild aroma. Taste is hoppy, some alcohol, more malt. Sounds pretty simple and it is, but good.
