3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Twelve ounce bottle from the beer of the month club, served into a pint glass. Clear amber with lots of tiny bubbles rising from the glass. Nice foamy head produces lots of lacing. Big piney lemon aroma hits you as soon as you open the bottle - very pleasant! Burst of hops up front -- piney and citrusy with a bit of malt sweetness lingering in the background. Medium bodied, very well carbonated. BOMC write up suggests that the carbonation helps sharpens the bitterness, but Iím not so sure, and might like to see just a little less carbonation. Despite the carbonation, this is a fine beer that I really enjoyed and a good example of why I enjoy the BOMC. Most of the beers are pretty decent, and occasionally you get a sleeper like this thatís a real winner.

Bottle. Poured orange with an off-white head that settled to a ring and left light lace. Aroma of grapefruit, floral, and a malt backing. The flavor had caramel and grapefruit. Medium body and a mild bitterness throughout.

Got this in a 12 oz. bottle from BOM club. Aroma was typical APA. Appearance was brownish-orange. Head was fluffy white. Taste didnít have that strong kick to it. Overall a very drinkable pale ale.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Very nice, a great drinking style of beer, for an everyday beer maybe my favorite type. This one was true to style, malty, but balanced nicely. Had a nice near amber color too. Well done.

Aroma : proper hop sided aromas , leafy with touch of citrus and vanilla.
Appearance: clear amber gold with large froth head
Flavour and Palate: medium bodied. Crisp bitter character , decisive with some of caramel malt below. Refreshing pale ale , thirst quenching.. Quiet good.

3.3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle from Half Time. Pours light amber with a creamy off-white head. Aroma is dusty, mildly spicy, stone fruit. Light stone fruit. Near med body. Flavor is sort of peachy over some caramel that develops into a bit roasty malt. Not strongly flavored, but what there is is nice. Finish is bitter and not exciting.

WOW, only one of four to rate- 12 oz. bottle- Pours golden with an average head and lacing, aroma is hops. The flavor is mediocre to above average only slightly, a very boring yet drinkable pale ale.
