[On tap at MacGregor’s in Penfield, NY]
Ellicottville Pale Ale is a very clear golden ale with a thick, dense white head that leaves great lacing. It has a muted aroma of cascade hops. It is medium bodied and very smooth with a crisp finish. It has a simple balanced flavor of light malt and cascade hops that lean more toward grapefruit than pine. What a great session ale! (Am I rating the correct beer, because this one tasted like an American style Pale?)
