Commercial Description:
The toast is a terrific beginner beer. Golden in color, light body with a crisp spalt hop finish. Lagered for over 6 weeks, this Artisian style European pilsner is the closest beer we produce to a commercial product;however we use just four ingredients, not over 100 like the big brewers do.

On tap at the Empire Brewfest in Syracuse. This is a decent pilsener but I still didn’t like it that well. Some hops but pretty minimal as expected in a pils. Would not buy again

Had this at the Flour City Brew Fest. Mild aroma of hops. Alittle sweet malt and small amount of hops. Refreshing. A decent Pils.

Had at the Rohrbach’s summer brew fest. Malty palate, not much hops, a bit too sweet. Where was that pils blast of hops? Not a german or czech pils that’s for sure.

I was hoping for this being more akin to a Dortmunder or something with some toasty notes, but alas they say its a pils, and it sure tastes like one. Fairly malty, a little sweet, mild hops. Clean and pretty refreshing on a lighter body. Pretty nice pils, but nothing special.
