Almost clear light amber (orange) in color with a small but lasting white head. In the nose, I get some moderate citrus, as well as some caramelized malts with some lightly nutty malts. Taste is relatively light bodied, with a moderate citrus and floral hop character. Some crystal malts- molasses, and lightly nutty malt body. Bitterness is moderate, lingers a bit and becomes a bit piney in the finish. This is a pretty solid easy drinking APA.

12 oz bottle purcahsed at Canal’s Hainesport. I was actually going to bitch about where does this beer state "Two Brothers Pale Ale" and about it being brewed at Southern Tier and then I read the bottom of the six pack holder. For those of you who didn’t buy this in a 6-pack it would seem that Phin from Southern Tier married Pete from Ellicottville Brewings sister-in-law or cousin, perhaps it was his landlords newspaper delivery boys babysitter, ah who the F cares. This beer poured a very thin bodied rust shaded amber with a small foamy whiteish head. Aroma is on the sweet side with notes of apricot, honey grahm crackers and floral hops. Thin bodied with tingly average carbonation. Flavor of grahm crackers, honey, grains, slight hops. Okay this is sessionable and nice but it’s still ust an APA.

Pours a dark amber/gold with a thin off white head. Aromas of lightly sweet pine/resiny hops, caramel, and fruit. Pretty hoppy in flavor with a bitter aftertaste. Also has a slight malt backbone that gives it a little sweet taste. Still tastes and feels like it is missing something. Overall I enjoyed this one.
