The Witte is dark copper with a slight, quick dissipating white head. Some lemony citrus and spicy coriander aromas are distracted by an slight plastic overtone. The taste consists of a fairly comfortable, lightly sweet malt. It’s medium bodied, but with a low bitterness, fizzy carbonation, and a dry finish. A little muddled, but not all together misguided Witte. It works in that its both refreshing and more substantial than a Witte, which would make it ideal for a post-shovelling beer, if anything.

nice aroma, hazy in appearance with a nice head. taste is balanced between malty and hoppy. slight hints of spice and citrus

12oz bottle-pours yellow and a foamy whte head. Aroma is soft wheat/light malt, coriander. Taste is sweet wheat/light malt, some light fruit, herbal/spice hops, coriander.

12 ounce bottle pour, thanks jcwattsrugger. Golden color with a decent white head. Spices and light fruity yeast. Drinkable.

[4172-20111203] Tap. Light plastic yeast aroma. Clear, yellow body with no lasting head. Slight straw-like yeast flavour follows up with light plastic fruit notes. Light body. Fair, not bad but not memorable either. (5/2/5/3-/10) 2.5

Watery and buttery in general flavor. Some hints of malt, citrus, and a touch of spice. Not a great witte.

2011-12-03. Bright yellow body, headless. Sweet fruit flavour, wheaty touches, sweet malt, light alcohol. Sweet aroma, wheaty pale malt, sort of floral. 7+ Smooth average plus to medium bodied palate is very lightly carbonated. 3+ Pretty nice but not overly wit like. Tap at Coles, Buffalo

Very smooth. Has a nice malty color but not much of a head which disappeared within the first minute. It is really quite smooth and doesn’t taste like your average micro brew
