On Tap @ Fredonia. Subtle hop aroma. Clear yellow body, no head; poor carbonation. Crisp, tart flavor balanced with subtle hop and citrus. Easy to drink.

[4172-20111203] Tap. Light plastic yeast aroma. Clear, yellow body with no lasting head. Slight straw-like yeast flavour follows up with light plastic fruit notes. Light body. Fair, not bad but not memorable either. (5/2/5/3-/10) 2.5

2011-12-03. Bright yellow body, headless. Sweet fruit flavour, wheaty touches, sweet malt, light alcohol. Sweet aroma, wheaty pale malt, sort of floral. 7+ Smooth average plus to medium bodied palate is very lightly carbonated. 3+ Pretty nice but not overly wit like. Tap at Coles, Buffalo

Very smooth. Has a nice malty color but not much of a head which disappeared within the first minute. It is really quite smooth and doesn’t taste like your average micro brew

20110424 12oz bottle from either SL or JC BR, can’t recall. Took a bit of agitation to get the yeast unsettled from the bottle, but once done it poured a creamy pale yellow with lasting white head of even, lasting foam. Aroma is wheaty, a bit DMS-ish, some hay, and orange. Aggressive eff, very dry, medium-light (especially for a wheat). Grainy flavor is a bit on the sweet side up front but quickly drying and fruity. Not much spice beyond coriander and a lot of citrus. Fairly plain, even for an American white.
2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20 beerbill (2938) - Laurel, New York, USA - APR 3, 2011
12 oz. bottle. Pours a mostly clear gold with a moderate white head that lasted through the first two sips and left light lace. Aroma is dusty along with a few weak notes of lemon. The flavor is mild wheat and some light lemon. No sign of the coriander. Fairly smooth on the palate and easy to drink, but then again, so is a glass of water. Forgettable.
3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 williamherbert (1064) - Syracuse, New York, USA - MAR 7, 2011
Cloves, lemon and orange peel in the aroma. Potting soil and spices. Those cloves kick in.
Appearance is cloudy, hazy bright yellow. Pillowy white head.
Flavor is Belgian spice; orange and apricot. Has a kind of cooked vegetable finish. Not awful but not great.
Palate is ashy and sandpapery. It’s just a little off.
