BlackDonald (1040), North Carolina, USA Jul 19, 2008 Really light and golden, way lighter than I would expect of a pale ale. Citrus hops and some honey malt sweetness in the nose. Not overly complex or hoppy, has a definite maltier edge, very quaffable, but nothing to write home about. harlequinn (2746), Tacoma, Washington, USA Jul 3, 2006 Interesting hop nose, that smells very fresh. Some vanilla on the palate in the malt profile, and some juicy fruit hoppiness. Very light in style but yet very tasty and drinkable. No complaints. acrdz (4248), Pennsylvania, USA Jul 21, 2005 Bright pale yellow color. Tart hops and citrus in the nose, with some woody scents as well. Flavor is buttery hop juice, light overall, and a little light in the body. I would prefer a little more heft and a little more of a saturated flavor. Sham (1846), Seattle, Washington, USA Mar 19, 2005 Light gold with a small head and spotty lace. Floral and bitter aromas with some apples and yeast. Some sweet malts. Bitter and floral hops in the flaovrs with a touch a perfume. Caramel malts. Fruity finish. BückDich (4525), Boise, Idaho, USA Mar 9, 2005 Sampled draught at Elliot Glacier Brewpub, Parkdale Golden pale color, white head, light lacing. Nose of light malts & crispy hops. The flavor is tangy, nicely hopped for a pale & a finish that’s tangy & pale
