COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our copper-colored Pale Ale, hopped exclusively with Cascades, won a Gold medal at the 2000 Great American Beer Festival. A favorite of our mug club regulars, the Pale consistently remains our #1 selling beer.

On tap at the West Seattle location. Pours clear dark copper with a lacy off-white head. Aroma of citrus, toffee, peach and pine. Medium body, nearly still. Toffee, grapefruit and peach taste. You really can’t go wrong with this.

On tap at Elliott Bay Brew Pub in West Seattle, WA--Copper amber body (leans toward amber) body with a minute swirly whitish head. Crisp yet dull malt and piny citrus nose. Carbonic bite on the tongue. Mildly tart. Thin, watery finish but with residual hop bitterness. Eh.

Draught @ Elliott Bay Brewery and Pub. Pours a clear amber color with a small off-white head. Fruity malty hoppy aroma. Sweet malty slightly hoppy flavor. Sweet malty finish with some hints of caramel and some hints of hops in the aftertaste.
