Slightly cloudy look, coppery color. Clearly cast in the Sierra Nevada mold, with the citric hoppiness dominating all the way, balanced with a firm malt base. An upper echelon pale ale.

On draft at the brew pub. Burien location. Copper color. Light white head. Malty for a pale. Drinkable.

Draft at brewery: Toasty, caramel-laden malts with a candy-like sweetness at its base. Floral hops with a mild bitterness. Very approachable and sessionable.

Sampler at the brewpub. Pours a clear amber with a white head. Nose is of faint citrus. Taste is earthy and citrus. Mouthfeel is medium with some bitterness.

on tap at pub. pours gold brown with some beige lace. brown sugar and yeast in the nose. dough, toast, nuts and piney hops in the taste

On tap at the West Seattle location. Pours clear dark copper with a lacy off-white head. Aroma of citrus, toffee, peach and pine. Medium body, nearly still. Toffee, grapefruit and peach taste. You really can’t go wrong with this.

Copper pour, no head but some lace? Biscuity malts and some bread in the aroma. Light feet smelling hops. Clean grainy sweetness with a soft floral finish. Some lingering dryness.

Clear amber with no head. Faint floral hop aroma. Medium body. Lightly sweet caramel malt flavor with a taste of floral hops. Not too bad.

On tap at Elliott Bay Brew Pub in West Seattle, WA--Copper amber body (leans toward amber) body with a minute swirly whitish head. Crisp yet dull malt and piny citrus nose. Carbonic bite on the tongue. Mildly tart. Thin, watery finish but with residual hop bitterness. Eh.

Draught @ Elliott Bay Brewery and Pub. Pours a clear amber color with a small off-white head. Fruity malty hoppy aroma. Sweet malty slightly hoppy flavor. Sweet malty finish with some hints of caramel and some hints of hops in the aftertaste.
