Cloudy gold with a big frothy head and strong lacing. Musky and yeast in the nose. Hoppy, strong grapefruit citrus and bitter ness. The flavor starts off rather yeasty but then is buried underneath an onslaught of hops. Mostly bitter and again grapefruity. Full bodied with a sweet and sticky finish. A bite of bitter there at the end with a shit ton of grapefruit throughout.

Draft at Brouwer’s. Gold with big head. Seems a straightforward, obvious ’blend’ of two styles .. touch of bitter but mostly warm malt and lots of yeast. Not as refined or interesting as the Chouffe Houblon but not bad at all.
