Sham (1846), Seattle, Washington, USA Dec 31, 2007 Dark and murky brown with a small head and decent lacing. Small spices in the nose with a little yeast. Some roasts and hints of orange citrus. Also notes of chocolate malts and wheat. Full bodied with a malty/yeasty finish. Doesn’t look a damn thing like a wit, but eh, I thought it was all right.
