Sham (1846), Seattle, Washington, USA Feb 23, 2008 Light cedar color with a foamy, tannish head. Very lighly malted in the nose. Mostly toasted malts though there is a hint of roast in there. Small hop profile of citrus and bitterness. The flavor is husky and grainy like the taste in your mouth after working with hay. The roast is more pronounced as is the bittering hops. Mouthfeel is slick with a watery body. Altogether not an unpleasant mild experience.
