COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A highly quaffable Imperial IPA, this style is characterized by floral and citrus-like hop varieties used to produce high hop bitterness, flavor and aroma.
Hellmouth= “a focal point which serves as a portal between Earth and Hell. The Hellmouth attracts demons and other supernatural creatures, becoming a ‘hot spot’ for supernatural activity.”

On tap at the brewery. Pours a hazed amber gold with a medium sized white head. Big sticky citrus on the nose, soft malt. Medium bodied, toast, a bit of melon and fruit. Malty, sticky and earthy, lots of malt and earthy citrus into the finish. Papaya and melon with malt.

Very light in color with a little head. Strong citrus nose. Weak in the palate with not much flavor. Perhaps some pineapple? No hop bitterness to speak of.

Draft @ Burien. Hazy light amber, light grapefruity nose, lots of malts, crystal, dash of grapefruit. By the numbers DIPA.

Draft - Sweet caramel and earthy hops. Cloudy copper with a decent beige head. Boozy sweet caramel and a balanced bitterness. A malty almost Barleywine but I like it.

Amber with brown tones. Head is dense with a baked biscuit aroma and light caramel. Hop aromas are floral and earthy with a hint of pine. Body is sweet, creamy, with an oily mouthfeel. Bitterness barely keeps up and the finish has a fusel alcohol taste. This one needs work.

Draft at Elliot Bay, Lake City. Warm hazy orange. Soapy yeast aroma, medium to heavy body. Rosy, soapy hops. Smooth, nothing horribly off. Just not very interesting.

Petrified wood amber color with a creamy, cask-like head. Perfumy and lightly floral hop nose. The body is creamy, so perhaps this was served on cask. Woody undertones, moderately perfumed hop body. Certainly and alcohol and fruit presences, but not quite out of control.

Draft at uber. Pours a hazy burnished golden brown with a gorgeous dense and creamy tan head. Loose drippy lace. Mild caramel and pine nose. Creamy medium body, almost slick, with mild carb. Toast, caramel, and a bit of butter on the mid palate. Mild finish.

Golden amber pour, white head. Biscuity malt on the aroma, floral, herbal hops, a whiff of butter. Tastes of crackery biscuitymalts, herbal, floral, citrusy hops with a resinous finish. Has a bit of a diacetyl buttery flavor with a touch of slickness on the body. Not enough to ruin the beer, but it’s not a flavor I enjoy in IPAs.

On cask at West Seattle location. Opaque gold brown with no head. Interesting aroma, yeast, toast, some earthiness. Sweet malts followed by bitter citrus in the taste.
