On cask at Elliot Bay Burien brewpub. Pours cloudy amber with a surprisingly nice off-white head. Funky grapefruit and pine aroma, with some tea and caramel in the taste. Medium bodied and very smooth, with a bitter, grassy citrus hop finish.
