Elliott Bay Old Pilot Porter

On nitrous at the Burien brewery. Aroma is light, with faint roast malt character. Appearance is dark brown with a very well retained white head. Flavor is light as well, with cream flavors, low malt and roast character. Mouthfeel is low in character with very little carb feel and no grain or roast feel. This is almost not to style, not sure if just upping the ingredients would help, since the appearance already shows a lot of non-fementables.
