On tap at Naked City. Pale hazy amber with good lacing. A ghost beer tastewise. Light and faint malt and hop.

Olympic Club BrewFest – Centralia, WA
Golden in color, slight haze with a thing white head. Nice hops aroma and malt backing. Loved the malt roast and the hops added where floral and earthy flavor. Nice drinking Pac NW Pale.

My Bottom Line:
This quenching Pale Ale focuses on its citrusy perfume and levelled resinous bitterness to offer a refreshing pint.

Further Personal Perceptions:
-A veil of foam sits atop the cloudy blond.
-The lean body and prickling carbonation make this very drinkable.
-Simple 2-row malt flavors are found throughout.
-Mineral notes seem to come from the water used.

Gold, slightly hazy body, with a wispy head. Bitter-honey tipped aroma that leans into a surprisingly grainy body, with that freshly milled quality. Well-balanced with a pleasant acerbic bitter finish.
