Elliot Bay Brewing – Tabasco Pilot Light
Huge Tobasco aroma and flavor this was too much and very hot and lots of vinegar to the flavor. This 5oz sample made me realize Tobasco was not right for beer.

Amber-golden with slight haze. Approximately malty on the nose - the aroma was kind of indistinct. Lots of heat on the palate. Some woody notes. Only vague accents of the base beer. That said, it has a nice flavour like Tabasco without the vinegar, maybe a jalapeno finish.
