bronze with a large head. Citrus grapefruit and soap with lots of huskiness. More fruit comes out with the flavor and a lot of biscuity and toasted malts. Thick mouthfeel with a equity finish. I’m not sure what I meant by equity finish, but I laughed when I saw it, so it stays.

Pint - Elliot Bay Brewing - West Seattle, WA
Aroma – Nice fruity aroma, also has a good wheat malt nose.
Appearance – Golden Yellow in color, Nice head and clear as a bell.
Flavor – Tons of fruity essence and wheat flavor. This was tasty and close to a Belgian ale.
Palate – Nice Mouthfeel, great texture with a nice dry finish.
Overall – A very interesting beer has tons of fruity essence and flavor. Ale yeast but a Belgian taste. This was very good.
