on draft at ellis island: okay the best thing about this place definately aint the beer. clear tan color with little carbonation, very watered down not much in malt/hop character may be a little off smelling because nobody is drinking this stuff. for anybody that has been to ellis islan you know its an old off the strip shithole of a casino. the karaoke is the best in town, in a old lounge style atmosphere with die hard karaokeiers, they even have karaoke shows. its hilarious and free hor'dervs with you watered down beer, i think the beer cost something like $1.50 a glass, hell they might as well make it free as well.

on tap at ellis island brewery in LV. color is orange/red color. Noticeable hops, little malt. Almost a hoppy oktoberfest. Very good overall and probably pairs will with bbq, steak, or burger..

Pours brownish amber with a light head. Aroma is fruits and malts, flavor is mostly malts with some hops in the finish. Would be quite good if it wasn’t so watery.

Draught at the brewpub. Clear bronze colour, small head. Peachy and pefrumy. Mid dry with rounded mouthfeel and medium body. Similar to their new IPA, but with a touch of roastiness. An enjoyable amber!

tmoreau (1355) - Lombard, Illinois, USA - JUN 14, 2010
One of a battery of large samplers of the beers on tap at the time of my visit, and generously offered to me by the brewer, Joe. The color was a clear, brownish amber, with moderate, off white/lightest tan foam to the head, and dots and dashes of lacing. The aroma was a touch of toastiness and light caramel malt. The flavor added to these notes, a moderate hop bitterness in a medium to light body. Sessionable, and my favorite of all the beers sampled that day.

On tap at the casino/brewery. Pours a orange golden with a small frothy white head leaving good sticky lacing along the glass. The aroma was a floral hop and caramel. Medium mouthfeel with a wheat flavor and a nice bitter finish. Cant beat 22 oz for 1.50 in Vegas.

can’t complain too much as it was only $1 on draft. clear amber copper colored pour with a creamy tan head. faint aromas and flavors (which are the same) of buttery caramel malt, yeast, a little earthy spice and wet paper bag. not good but not totally unpleasant. the body is medium full and a bit sticky. 4/3/4/3/11/2.5

sebletitje (4413) - Enghien, BELGIUM - MAY 15, 2009
Sample at Ellis Island casino. Pours amber, thin white head. Aroma is malty and fruity. Taste, malty, light citrus fruits with light finish that reminded me of the pale lager "gold" version with added spice.

Pours copper with a tan head. Smells vegetal and sweet with some peppery splashes. Tastes of caramel malt and yeasty. Basic.
