2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20 BückDich (5467) - McCall, Idaho, USA - OCT 9, 2004
Copper bronze color, light head & lacing. Nose of toast & sour grains, a bit of celery. Tastes mild, a bit sulfuric and more grainy. Finishes sharp, eh, horrible amber.
2.3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20 Dogbrick (4842) - Columbus, Ohio, USA - OCT 15, 2004
Sample at the brewpub: Light clear amber color with a thin white head and minimal lacing. The aroma is light malt and caramel. Thin-bodied and bland with a barely detectable malt and hops flavor. The finish is just a little bitter. Overall another subpar beer from Ellis Island.
1.4 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 2/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 5/20 Braudog (4607) - Hampton, Virginia, USA - OCT 2, 2003
Flat, flat, flat. Clear amber hue and virtually no flavor whatsoever, except some mundane caramel hints. Don't like any beers here.

2.3 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20 DuffMan (4428) - the land of bitumen, beef & beer, Alberta, CANADA - OCT 6, 2007
I think this was probably the best of the beers on tap in this little hole of a place, and it was average at best. Clear amber brown, thin cream-coloured head. Again almost no aroma. Flavours are mostly caramel, not as tainted by the weird sweetness present in all the other brews. Mildly bitter finish.
