At the casino, 30/10/13. Hint of murk under a slim white top. Nose weak herb, wax and rubber. Dominant rice and corn; a happoshu-like sweetness with slight butter. Wax and honey. Poor.

A hazed blonde weizen with a thin creamy white head. In aroma, a strange fruity malt with weird grassy notes, a bit off. In mouth, a sweet caramel malt with fruits, grassy notes. On tap at brewpub, June 2013.

On tap at the Village Pub at McCarran Airport. Pours a cloudy golden yellow with average white head. Aroma is wheaty malt with light citrus and spice. Flavour is chewy wheat, gentle lemon and clove. Average body. Carbonation on the fizzy side. Ok.

I did not realize this was not a hefe. Tasted like an American wheat. Not my fave. Looked nice. Had at the quirky brew pub. $1 drafts!!!!

Draft. Pourd cloudy amber with an average fizzy white head that mostly diminished with virtually no lacing. Moderate citrus sweet grainy aroma. Light to medium body with a thin texture and soft carbonation. Light to medium sweet flavor with a sweet finish of short duration. Weakest of the brews I tried from this brewer.

Appearance was cloudy yellow pale with lasting creamy white 2 finger head, lacing spotty. Aromas was citrus fruit of lemon and hints of orange, then cream of wheat. Taste was lemony and creamy wheat, hints of spice, yeasts are clean not fruity like most Hefe. Palate was crispy smooth CO2with light-meduim body, then wheaty lemon finish. If the yeasts were more fruity...

On tap at casino. Very cloudy and creamy appearance; looks almost like a milkshake. Aroma is lemon. Flavor is lemon and grass. Very thick mouthfeel. Okay.

This one was my favorite of the day. On tap at ellis island brewery in LV. Appearance is cloudy, little hops. Tastes more of a belgian wit then a hefeweizen Lemon notes, floral citrus taste, delicious. served with a lemon wedge. 24 oz brew for $1.75 at a microbrewery doesn’t get much better. I wish they bottled and shipped to Chicago region.. I enjoyed this brew with a steak before the Beatles Love show at the Mirage..
