Had at the Village Pub. They have this and the amber on tap. Smells like a hefe faintly. Very light-white yellow cloudy coloring. The tate on this is actually pretty decent. A light flavor but not that wheaty. Really pleasantly surprised by this.

This one was my favorite of the day. On tap at ellis island brewery in LV. Appearance is cloudy, little hops. Tastes more of a belgian wit then a hefeweizen Lemon notes, floral citrus taste, delicious. served with a lemon wedge. 24 oz brew for $1.75 at a microbrewery doesn’t get much better. I wish they bottled and shipped to Chicago region.. I enjoyed this brew with a steak before the Beatles Love show at the Mirage..

Pours a nice hazy golden amber with a medium to large creamy white head. Nice soft wheat notes, light lemon, though that may be because it came with a big hunk of lemon on the edge. Little thin and a touch metallic, with some nice crisp wheat notes to it. Finishes light with a touch of bitterness.

On tap at Ellis Island casino. Pours a cloudy yellow golden with a medium frothy white head that lasts awhile leving spotty lacing. The aroma is a lemon zest and citrus wheat. Thin mouthfeel with a lemon and wheat flavor. Easy to drink, a very good Wheat ale from Ellis Island. Cant beat 22 oz for 1.50 in Vegas.

Tap @ Ellis Island - Sampled many, many pints Flat hazy color, almost no head or lacing on most pours but average carbonation. Nose of light wheat & grains, some fruity nuances. Tastes sweet and creamy, smooth. Average wheat beer, almost crosses the line between a hefeweizen and american wheat.
