This is not good. Smells of butter and acetyl. Looks like pee. This has an extremely strong butter flavor. Couldn’t drink this at all.
3.1 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 18/20 sbanach (203) - USA - FEB 16, 2011
On tap at Ellis Brewery in Las Vegas. Aroma is corn, appearance is very light pilsen color, taste is bare and light. Palate is crisp. Overall a winner in my book. I ordered a 24 oz and was only charged $1.75. One of the best deals and hidden gems in LV. My girlfriend loved it and thought it was too good to be true, however she is not a craft beer drinker and sticks to the wheat brews. I wish they bottled their beers and I was able to buy in Chicago region. Thes beer is on the same level as a miller lite, but a hand crafted touch.
2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20 tmoreau (1355) - Lombard, Illinois, USA - JUN 14, 2010
One of a battery of large samplers of the beers on tap at the time of my visit, and generously offered to me by the brewer, Joe. The color was straw tone, with a modest amount of white foam to the head, and spots and thick ribbons of lacing. The aroma was a typical light lager nose, with light yeast, grain, and a hint of corn. The flavor was similar, adding very light hop bittering, low carbonation, in a thin body. Somewhat consistent with all of the Ellis’ beers. An ultra sessionable hydrator.

On tap at Ellis Island Casino. Pours a clear gold with a small frothy white head. The aroma is a faint corn malt. Thin mouthfeel and a bit watery with corn malt flavor. Easy to drink, but not too much going on with this one.
