(bottle) Hazy, chestnut-brown colour with a big but non-persistent off-white frothy head. Sweet and moderately sour fruit-accented and wheaty aroma with notes of apples, citrus and a tinge of bubblegum. Sour and slightly sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a lively carbonation. Very fruity and wheaty taste without any notes of cara- or toasted malt; quite dry and sour-fruity finish with a whiff of spicy phenols. Not overly impressive. 24.III.10

Bottle 500ml. @ home.

Hazy - murky medium amber colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is light malty, caramel, nutty notes, moderate yeasty, yeast. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration. IMO a bit strange - odd dunkelweizen ! Body is medium, texture is watery - creamy, carbonation is soft. [20111013]

Bottle: Light amber coloured, cloudy, medium-sized off-white head, relatively stable; sour-fruity nose with a tinge of vinegar and a cellary , metallic touch; moderate sourish-sweetish flavour, light to medium bodied; slightly lingering sourish-yeasty and wheaty finish, followed by a little tartness. A coloured helles Weizen, not really good.....
