50 cl bottle @ Timo A, BBE 03/2013
Aroma has fruity notes, some banana esthers, yeast and some cardboard. Flavour has quite strong citrus notes, fruits, herbs, banana and non‐disturbing alcohol. Also some grassy notes that do get stronger towards the end of the glass. Somewhat foamy palate. Some slight sourness in the finish. A hefe on the witbier side. Good
