Bottle 500ml. @ home.

Hazy to murky medium to dark yellow colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is light malty, moderate yeasty, phenol, fruity - banana. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet and light light acidic with a average to long duration, pineapple, phenol, fruity, thin. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. bottle. Cloudy pale yellow, large white head. Wheaty, slightly yeasty, not very fruity. Old-style Hefeweizen which is not full of banana and bubblegum flavours.

(bottle) Hazy, golden colour with a huge and quite persistent foamy white head. Yeasty and sweet wheat-malty aroma with notes of citrus and banana, accompanied by shades of cloves. Slightly sweet and bitter flavour, light bodied with a lively carbonation. Present wheat-character with a tinge of salt and citric and banana-fruity notes; moderately dry, slightly sweet and fruity finish with light notes of hops and cloves. Well-rounded and refreshing Weizen. 21.IV.10

Good Weizen........

Bottle. Sweet orange-banana, clove, and wheat malt aroma - very nice. Cloudy orange-amber color wtih giant long-lasting head. Sweet orange flavor dominates with wheat malt and hint of bananas. On the bland side and light carbonation.
