bottle from biershop-braugasthoefe.de. Clear pale yellow colour, large white head. Lovely aromatic hoppy aroma. Light-bodied, shy but solid malty base, lots of floral and grassy (hay) hops. Well-balanced and well-crafted.

^Bottle: Golden, clear, big stable & lacy white head; solid herbal-hoppy nose with sweet pale malt in the wings; moderate bitter-sweet flavour, light bodied; aromatic hops and sweet malt in the finish, accompanied by faint harsh undertones. All in all a nice Pils....

MoritzF (7342) - Bochum, GERMANY - MAR 31, 2010
(bottle, 33cl) Clear, pale golden colour with a mid-sized foamy white head. Slightly sweet pale malty aroma with distincticely citrus-fruity and herbal hops. Rounded bitterness-sweetness ratio, light to medium bodied with a mild and well-matured carbonation. Pale malt-character with light chalky notes and herbal accents; mildly bitter herbal and slightly citric, as well as slightly grassy hoppy finish. Another well-crafted Rotochsen brew. 31.III.10

Bottle. Creamy barley malt and grass hops aroma. Pale yellow color with minimal head. Strong grass hops and lighter creamy barley malt flavor. Decent body. NIce - pretty hoppy for a German pils.
