bottle from biershop-braugasthoefe.de. Clear amber-golden colour, large white head. Aromatic floral hoppy nose. Medium-bodied, solid malty base with lots of floral-grassy hops. A well-crafted beer.

Bottle (donated by Quack-Duck!): Clear, golden, white - slowly collapsing - fluffy head, lazy carbonation; sweet pale-malty to bisquity nose; moderate sweet-bitter flavour, medium bodied, a bit fizzy; slightly lingering hoppy-bitter and pale-malty finish. Good......

(bottle, thanks to Quack-Duck) Clear, pale golden colour with a blond and short foamy head. Sweet and slightly grainy pale malty aroma with notes of biscuits and honey. Moderately sweet flavour with a tinge of bitterness, light to medium bodied with a slightly sharp carbonation. Slightly biscuity malty taste with hints of honey and herbal notes towards the mildly bitter hoppy finish with a little fizz. All in all a decent example of the style. 19.I.11
