changeup45 (565), Orlando, Florida, USA Apr 11, 2008 This is a decent Pale Ale I just tried at my local brewpub. Not sure who or how they come up with some of their names though. This beer pours a somewhat cloudy copper body topped with a medium white foamy head. The head diminishes quickly and there’s only a little bit of lace on the glass halfway through the beer. Aroma is slightly sweet with hops and maybe a little grassy. It tasted sweet and slightly hoppy but not as hoppy as I would have liked. The finish was sweet and a little bland leaving me wanting more. It felt sort of watery but not at all a bad beer. Compared to the others I’ve had here it’s actually one of the best. A little more flavor and it would have been great! Aroma of floral hops, toasted malt and butter. Flavor is of sweet malt with a mellow hop bitterness throughout.
