When I first had this beer I actually liked it, prompting me to buy a "growler" of it. When it was all said and done it really wasn’t a very good beer. Very dark in color, but didn’t taste as dark and poured a small amount of head. Had almost a flat, bitter taste to it. Like old flat coke with an alcohol kick, it looked like Coke too without the fizz. Something I probably won’t get again, but you never know with these microbrews, they sometimes taste completely different each time.
