Cask - The Brewery Tap, Wroxham. Poured a clear, golden colour with a fine and bubbly head. Toffee and crisp hay-like notes on the nose. Grass, some sulphur and a slight acidity on the tongue. Lightish body with low carbonation on the palate.

Bottle. Golden with a thin foam. Aromas are floral with hay and lemon. Fresh, clean and lightly woody. Flavours are dry with woody aspects. Yeasty with light lemon and lager-like hops. Fairly bitter on the finish. Decent.

Cask, gravity at the Pig ’n’ Falcon, St Neots, Cambridgeshire. Gold with a small white head. Floral hop aroma. A touch of citrus, but the taste is mainly a rounded oaty malt. Mid bitter finish.

Bottle from the Real Ale shop, Wells-next-the-Sea, June 09 consumed 28-07-09 Pours golden with white head, there is some light sediment in suspension. Thisn is a an easy drinking session golden ale but with a touch more bitterness than some, there is also some fruitines. A pleasant and reasonably engaging beer but not as good as a couple of the others that I’ve had from Elmtree. A6 A3 F6 P3 Ov13 3.1

Clear medium yellow color with a average, frothy - fizzy, good lacing, fully lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, dusty, light to moderate hoppy, fruity notes, smoke - rubber notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and moderate to light heavy bitter with a average to long duration.
