Bottled. A sharp apple aroma and taste which settles down to give a semi sweet soft palate that ends with a dry biscuit finish although there is some noticeable sourness and astringency late on. Not bad but plenty of room for improvement.

Mid orange coloured beer with a weak white head. Light fruity aroma, some grapefruit, then a slightly sweet nutty smell. Dry mouthfeel. Initially bitter taste, citrusy hop flavours sour the tongue, then a smoother sweetish biscuit malt flavour comes through to balance the finish. Real Ale Shop, Wells-next-the-Sea, Norfolk.
