Comments: Leathery, phenolic cider with a grasping medicinal side.

Bottle, bought @ Cellar Vin, Barcelona.
Pours hazy pale yellow with a small, bubbly, frothy, white head. Disappears quickly. Aroma has lemons, green apples, light barnyard and a nice herbal touch. Medium carbonation, impressive dry mouthfeel. Flavour is lovely tart, without ever reaching into apple vinegar territory. Lots of oaky notes. Green apple all the way through. Dries out my teeth. Oak, acorn, hazel, barnyar, light vinegar. Top class.
