Draft at the brewpub: poured slightly cloudy yellow with a small white head. This beer was all over the place for me. Aroma was yeasty, worty, light corn, some tropical fruit. The taste started off great. Full bodied with fruit and yeast notes. Then it went on a rollercoaster ride. Downhill first into a corn field, then further down into a buttery mess. Towards the end of the glass, things picked up where they started. Back to a decent beer. Worth a try.

Swing top bottle. Sour boiled vegetable aroma. Golden yellow color with large head - moderate effervescence. Boiled vegetable and barley malt flavor. Not great.

Hazy blond color. Light cereals aroma. It’s a quite sweet example of Helles, simple, and without the necessary bitterness. Similar to the Dunkel, but with less character.

(on tap at the brewpub) Hazy pale golden colour with a short creamy white layer. Very yeasty sweet worty aroma of fresh cake. Sweet flavour, light to medium body, mild carbonation. Sweet malty, worty and very yeasty taste; slightly bitter and slim finish. Unripe but still drinkable Brewpub beer (02.04.06).
