Bomber. Pours nearly clear gold with a frothy but persistent head. Some fruit and funk in the aroma. Medium body, light carbonation. I’m not picking up a lot of persimmon or sourness. Just a little tart edge on top of fruit and spice and English hops. Dries out a bit at the finish. Interesting but not compelling.

More of a fruit ale than a sour. A cloudy orange/yellow pour with a thin head. Much lacing, one might call it coating. Fruity peach like aroma. Flavour has much sweetness, peach flavouring. Sweet light finish

22oz bottle from Whole Foods Bowery NYC. Pours slightly hazy brilliant gold with lots of carbonation. Aromas of fruit and funkiness. Taste of fruit (can’t pinpoint the persimmon exactly) and not that sour, actually pretty mild. Very drinkable with a slight bit of funk; really enjoyed this one. Another great offering from Elysian.
