3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
Thanks to 5000 for sending this bottle my way. The beer pours a yellow color with a white head. The aroma is full of persimmon with some wheat thrown in. The flavor is similar. I get a lot of wheat, as well as some biscuit malt, orange and persimmon. There is a light amount of tartness. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation.

3.4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bomber. Pours nearly clear gold with a frothy but persistent head. Some fruit and funk in the aroma. Medium body, light carbonation. Iím not picking up a lot of persimmon or sourness. Just a little tart edge on top of fruit and spice and English hops. Dries out a bit at the finish. Interesting but not compelling.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
More of a fruit ale than a sour. A cloudy orange/yellow pour with a thin head. Much lacing, one might call it coating. Fruity peach like aroma. Flavour has much sweetness, peach flavouring. Sweet light finish

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
22oz bottle from Whole Foods Bowery NYC. Pours slightly hazy brilliant gold with lots of carbonation. Aromas of fruit and funkiness. Taste of fruit (canít pinpoint the persimmon exactly) and not that sour, actually pretty mild. Very drinkable with a slight bit of funk; really enjoyed this one. Another great offering from Elysian.
