Aroma of floral and mild pine hops with jasmine. Soft and sweet flavors with restrained hops which allow the jasmine to be noticed. Medium bodied with smooth carbonation. Reminds me a bit *too* much of tea, but a pleasant experience. Bartzilla (443), San Diego, California, USA

Never been a huge fan of Jasmine, but I think that’s more for the realms of my green teas than with this beer because this worked out surprisingly well. Not overwhelming at all and quite a refreshing surprise. Pretty good. I’d drink it again for sure. Naven (869), Poway, California, USA
| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 17/20 | Jun 25, 2008 22 oz bottle. Shared with Bartzilla. Nice deep rich amber color. Nose is flowers and light hops. Flavor is just as described - some hoppiness with a predominant flavor of Jasmine. This is one of those beers that you are afraid will be overdone, but to the contrary, the jasmine is very light and blends well with the subtle hops. And when I say subtle hops, I mean, this was pushing the boundaries of being a pale ale. Not overly hoppy at all, and the mouthfeel was light and somewhat watery. This is actually a good thing, because if I think this beer was any hoppier, it wouldn’t mesh well with the Jasmine. I am perplexed at the rather low ratings. All I can think is that this is not well received by beer geeks because it’s neither big, nor sweet, nor alcoholic. It’s just quality brewing. At any rate, this is a nice, refreshing beer. Perfect for a summer afternoon. Sleeper (76), Washington, USA

Deep orange amber in color with a nice fluffy white head that left a nice lacing on the glass. Citrusy floral hoppy aroma. Orange grapefruit and jasmine notes. Hoppy citrusy malty flavor. Floral notes. Bitter finish. Creamy mouthfeel. Really easy drinking. Full bodied. Nice beer. WISEGUY572 (1245), Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA

Nose said slam of hops, with only a hint of jasmine floral overtones. Orange / amber, good head, great lacing. Seriously hoppy, with the floral jasmine only in the finish and not in the initial attack.
