Jun 17, 2008 Bottle... Poured amber with a white head. Aroma of jasmine which also dominates the flavors. Sweet like jello with mild hop bitterness. Finishes smooth and malty. Very unusual and unique.

Jun 15, 2008 Bottle. Deep orange amber in color with a nice fluffy white head that left a nice lacing on the glass. Citrusy floral hoppy aroma. Orange grapefruit and jasmine notes. Hoppy citrusy malty flavor. Floral notes. Bitter finish. Creamy mouthfeel. Really easy drinking. Full bodied. Nice beer.

Jun 12, 2008 This should not work but it does. Nose said slam of hops, with only a hint of jasmine floral overtones. Orange / amber, good head, great lacing. Seriously hoppy, with the floral jasmine only in the finish and not in the initial attack.

Jun 4, 2008 pours an amber red with a bright white head that is full of large bubbles. the jasmine flavor mixed with the hops creates a curry taste in my mouth at first, but i got used to it as the pint went on. Really rounded out nicely towards the end and i could distinguish the jasmine from the hops. Creamy mouthfeel and a pleasure to drink.

P - cream mouthfeel, very nice and somewhat unexpected from an IPA.

May 20, 2008 Sample at the Pike Street location. This brew is a clear light orange color with a medium thin and creamy off-white head that diminishes slowly. Sheets of lacing. The aroma is floral and herbal with notes of citrus in the background. Medium-bodied with a welcoming floral character (jasmine of course) and flavors of sweet toasted malt and citrus. Some hops are present as well. The finish is mildly hoppy with the jasmine flavor lingering. Overall this is an interesting beer, yet I am not sure if it is something I would want to enjoy as more than a sample.
