From bomber I brought back from Elysian. Has a nice toffee caramel sweetness with a modest aroma of jasmine flowers. Light flowery hoppiness, too. Perhaps a bit papery-stale but it is at least an 8-month old bottle. Brilliant orange-amber clear, with pillowy off-white lacing head. Medium watery body with medium carbonatoin and a soft feeling on the palate. Starts with mild bitterness, a light caramel sweetness and dusty grain. Jasmine taste is there, but more of the herbal bitterness you’d expect from an aromatic blossom. Bitterness comes in stronger in the finish while maintaining a bit of fruity character and jasmine essence. Without the interesting jasmine, the IPA itself is fair, but not a big one.

Nose was very floral, poured into snifter glass. Overpowering jasmine scent, but smooth and pleasant at the same time. Thinner than many IPA’s.

Pours a hazy pale yellow color with a white head. Aroma is honey, jasmine, and some earthy citrus hops. Flavor is honey, jasmine, grain, and a bitter earthy finish.

the nose, as in the description, is quite full with floral and hop aromas. pours slightly copper with a full white head. flavor is defined by the jasmine, but is classic IPA nonetheless...plenty of hops and bitterness, with interesting malts hidden throughout. the flavor is long lasting, and palate is full. i highly recommend this brew.

Pours gold with a nice white head. Smells of earth, dry malt, hints of jasmine, some citrus, breaddy. Tastes of oranges, dry malt, some bitterness, jasmine, pepper, some spice. Mouthfeel is full. Finish yields a nice bitterness. Nicely balanced.

Poured a copper-amber body with a decent white head. Hoppy, sweet, spicy nose. Jasmine provided a sweet, slick flavor that was quite subtle. Generously hopped and surprisingly delicious.

Huge floral herbal jasmine tea-like aroma with plenty of tannins but a certain hop sharpness. Hazy amber-copper coloured body is topped by a fine bubbled off white head that recedes to a lasting cover with sudsy lacing. Strong tannins and moderate bitterness up front with a very floral character and toasty malt sweetness. Bitterness lingers. Medium body has a beautiful soft texture with gentle carbonation that caresses the tongue. Bottle sampled with Beershine and Oakes.

Pale, touch cloudy. Phenomenal nose, I could smell this beer for hours! Wonderful balance between the hops and the floral component, with a whif of pale malt goodness to tie it all together. The jasmine aroma translated nicely onto the palate. A very successful beer that I expected to dislike.
