Nov 19, 2007 Bottle sampled on 9/15/07: Transparent golden bronze with a thin, wispy-lacing white head. Aroma of floral, lightly-fruity, grainy malty and grapefruity hops. Body starts lightly sweet, toasty and pale malty with some spicy bitter hoppy notes toward a drier floral finish. An interesting IPA.

Nov 11, 2007 Pours a clear golden-yellow with a small head with some lace. Wonderful potent spicy Jasmine aroma! Floral and inviting. Tastes of slightly astringent Jasmine tea with sweet pale maltiness surfacing in the finish. Thin body but to style, and good carbonation. Very nice! I love the unusual Jasmine aroma and taste. Sampled at the GCBF.

Nov 1, 2007 10/24/07 From the bottle. Aroma is sweet, but quite low, with jasmine forward followed by a much lower hop character. Appearance is light gold, clear, with a medium off-white head. Flavor is earthy hops mixed with jasmine and resin, followed by a sweet malt balance. Flavors are very balanced; the hop strength is quite low for an IPA. Mouthfeel is medium bodied, with a medium carb feel and no creaminess. Overall, a good beer, but just not to style for an IPA.

Oct 26, 2007 a very unique beer...something you need to share as finishing a whole bomber by yourself isnt easy. not because it isnt good, simply because the jasmine is so perfumy that your taste buds can only take but so much. great in small portions

Oct 15, 2007 Pretty interesting beer here. Aroma is citrus and hoppy, nothing out of the order. Flavor is just like an IPA. The interesting part is the finish. That’s when the unique jasmine flavor comes out. Not bad.

Oct 9, 2007 Floral aroma. Pours an light amber with white head. Mid range body with a light hop finish. Jasmine shows up at the end.

Oct 4, 2007 Light amber pour with nice off-white head. Very much flower on the nose, with some sweetness to it. Flavor is kind of hoppy, yet the sweet taste of jasmine takes control. Medium body with a good bit of malt that leads to the finish. Rather interesting.

Oct 2, 2007 Very floral and smooth. Kind of grassy and with a strong , tart citrus finish. Sweet malt base, medium bodied, some slight pine and light spice - there is also an interesting berry sweetness to it that I really enjoy. Pretty dry with a little soapy feel to it. This was a difficult rate, I dont know why but this drink seems to have lots of notes foreign to my palate.
